In 2017, as I was on a hike with my friend, I decided to space out our walk with short pauses of laughter and Qi Gong.
It was fun and since then, we invite other people to join us on our laughter walks.
As we add the fun and the breathing with the fresh air of the outdoors, we become healthier and happier.
